Why do you volunteer at KCAM?
I enjoy cars and have been involved in auto activities since my high school days. KCAM provides me the opportunity to direct my time since retiring from the workforce.
What was the first car you owned?
1952 Plymouth 2-door Coupe
What was your favorite car you’ve owned?
1963 Chevrolet Impala SS
What is your dream car?
In my dreams I would enjoy having that ’63 again.
What is/was your profession?
I am a retired structural engineer.
What is your favorite movie and/or music group?
Casablanca
What is your favorite book/author?
C.S. Lewis
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
An architect
What hobbies do you have outside of the automotive world?
One of my other hobbies is collecting decorated coffee cups
What was your favorite place you’ve traveled?
Cuba
What is your favorite food?
An onion burger. Oklahoma is the only place to get a real one!
What’s something you’ve crossed off your bucket list?
One item high on my bucket list was watching the sun set in the Florida Keys, which I have been fortunate to do now more than once.
What is your favorite holiday?
July 4th
