Adult Waiver
ADULT WAIVER: By selecting “Yes,” I acknowledge and agree to the following conditions for my participation in Kansas City Automotive Museum, Inc. (KCAM) events and entry into restricted areas:

I have or will immediately inspect the event/restricted areas, and if I believe anything to be unsafe, I will advise officials and leave/refuse further participation. I acknowledge I may not have prior inspection opportunity.

I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue KCAM and all associated parties (Releasees) from all liability, claims, losses, or damages to me, my property, or resulting in my death, arising out of or related to the events, whether caused by the negligence or fault of the Releasees or otherwise.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including bodily injury or property damage) I may incur due to my presence or participation, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

I assume full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to the events, whether caused by the negligence or fault of Releasees or otherwise.

I acknowledge that event activities are very dangerous and involve risk of serious injury/death/property damage. I expressly acknowledge that injuries may be compounded or increased by negligent rescue operations of Releasees.

This Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Releasees, including negligent rescue operations, and is intended to be as broad as permitted by the laws of the State in which the events are conducted.

I consent to my photo/likeness/recordings being posted publicly and on social media.
I have read and fully understand the terms of this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement. I understand I have given up substantial rights by selecting “Yes,” and I intend this to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
